Important Policies
Minimum Stay
- All our apartments have a minimum stay policy of three (3) nights.
- A guest is free to book for 3 nights but stay for a shorter duration. A guest can also book for more than 3 nights.
Check In/Out
- Our Check-In Time starts at 3:00 pm*^
- Our Check-Out Time ends at 11:00 am**^
*Check-In may be Contactless Self Check-In depending on your time of arrival. Please be sure to indicate your anticipated arrival time.
**Express Self Check-Out is available for early check-out times (before 8:00 am) and/or occasions where a Kiskadee Korner team member is not present.
^Early Check-In (before 3:00 pm) and/or Late Check-Out (after 11:00 am) is subject to availability and will incur an additional cost. We suggest booking an extra day if you want to check-in before 3:00 pm and/or want to check-out after 11:00 am.
Valid ID Req'd
- We require all guests to provide a valid form of identification of themselves and any additional guests when booking and during check-in.*”^
*For Trinidad & Tobago nationals this can be a valid Trinidad & Tobago-issued ID card or Driver’s License or Passport.
“For Caricom nationals this can be a valid government-issued ID card or Driver’s License or Passport.
^For International guests (non-Caricom) this can ONLY be a valid government-issued Passport.
Incidental Hold
- We require an Incidental Hold* / Security Deposit** prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidentals during your stay^.
- The amount of the hold (or deposit) can vary depending on the length of stay, but typically ranges from $180 to $250 USD. The exact amount will be communicated after booking is confirmed.
^If there are no damages or incidentals, the amount held (or deposited) will be released 2-3 days after check-out.
*If a credit card is provided, an incidental hold will be placed on it for a specified sum. This sum will be released after check-out if there are no damages or incidentals. In the event that there is cause to apply the full or part of the incidental sum, the guest will be notified within 48 hours.
**If a deposit is made, the amount will be refunded via online bank transfer if there are no damages or incidentals. This facility is only available to guests with local T&T bank accounts.
Low Volume
- We offer a pleasant environment to our guests. Televisions, music devices, voices and other devices must be kept at a respectful level at all times.
- Quiet Hours are between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
No Visitors
- We provide a private experience for all our paying and registered guests and do not allow Visitors (unregistered guests) on the premises, in the apartments or in the swimming pool.*^
*All persons staying with us must be registered. There is a maximum of four (4) persons that can stay in each apartment. This means that a maximum of four (4) persons can be registered in each apartment.
^Any guest who is found to have any unregistered person(s) visiting, using or staying on the premises may be denied to access the property. No refund or incidental sum will be issued/released if a guest is denied access due to a breach of the No Visitors policy.
No Smoking
- A fee of $200 USD will be applied for smoking in any of the apartments. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
- Absolutely no illegal drugs, no medicinal marijuana, no illegal arms, no ammunition and/or no contraband items allowed on premises.*
*Any guest who does not adhere to these rules will be denied access to the property due to a breach of this policy. No refund or incidental sum will be issued/released if a guest is denied access due to a breach of this policy.
Cancellation
Important Terms
- A Booking Reservation means that up to 50% Booking Deposit was paid, with the balance due 7 days before the arrival date.
- A Confirmed Booking means the full payment has been received at least 7 days prior to the arrival date.
More than Seven (7) Days before Arrival
- A Guest has Free Cancellation once the Booking Reservation or Confirmed Booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the arrival date at Kiskadee Korner Vacations.
- No administrative fee is applied once the Guest cancels more than 7 days before the arrival date.
Seven (7) Days or Less before Arrival
- An administrative fee of USD 30.00 is applied once the Guest would like to cancel 7 days or less prior to the arrival date.
- Cancellation made within seven (7) days to three (3) days prior to the Arrival Date would result in 50% refund LESS the administrative fee (USD 30.00)
- There would be NO REFUND for a cancellation made within forty-eight hours prior to the Arrival Date.
- There would be NO REFUND if a Guest does NOT show up at Kiskadee Korner Vacations on the stated date.
- Once a stay has commenced, there would be NO REFUND.
- ALL Kiskadee Korner SPECIALS are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I check-in early?
Early Check-In (before 3:00 pm) and/or Late Check-Out (after 11:00 am) is subject to availability and will incur an additional cost. We suggest booking an extra day if you want to check-in before 3:00 pm and/or want to check-out after 11:00 am.
My fight is coming in very late (eg. after 11:00 pm). How can I get into the property?
We ask that you let us know your travel itinerary about 7 days before arrival so that we can give you the information for Contactless Self Check-In.
Do you do breakfast?
No, we do not offer breakfast. However each of our apartments features a Kitchen equipped with electric stove & oven, microwave, refrigerator, table top appliances, pots & pans, utensils.
My family and/or friends would like to come by to visit, is this okay?
No, this is not okay.

Can I play my music with my boom box by the pool side?
Yes, you can play music at a respectful level outside of the quiet hours period which is between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Do you have a day pass to use the pool?
No, we do not offer day passes. The pool is strictly for registered guests staying with us.
I am celebrating my birthday and would like my friends to come over. They will not be staying overnight, is this okay?
No, this is not okay as we do not offer day passes.

I will be coming with my vehicle and my friend will be joining later and will like to park their vehicle, is this okay?
No, this is not okay. We only offer a complimentary parking spot for one vehicle per apartment.
I am interested to book but do not have a credit card. What are your alternative payment options?
Sure, this is not a problem. In addition to Visa / MasterCard credit cards, we also accept payment via:
- WiPay (similar to PayPal) from International Guests, Caricom nationals and T&T nationals.
- Visa / MasterCard Debit Card issued in T&T Only.
- Direct Deposit (ScotiaBank T&T).
- Online Bank Transfer (this option is only available if you are booking 7 working days before arrival and are transferring from a T&T bank).
- Manager’s Cheque
