- We require an Incidental Hold* / Security Deposit** prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidentals during your stay^.
- The amount of the hold (or deposit) can vary depending on the length of stay and type of accommodation. The amount ranges from $80 to $250 USD. The exact amount will be communicated after booking is confirmed.
^If there are no damages or incidentals, the amount held (or deposited) will be released 2-3 days after check-out.
*If a credit card is provided, an incidental hold will be placed on it for a specified sum. This sum will be released after check-out if there are no damages or incidentals. In the event that there is cause to apply the full or part of the incidental sum, the guest will be notified within 48 hours.
**If a deposit is made, the amount will be sent via online bank transfer if there are no damages or incidentals. This facility is only available to guests with local T&T bank accounts.
- We offer a pleasant environment to our guests. Televisions, music devices, voices and other devices must be kept at a respectful level at all times.
- Quiet Hours are between 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- We provide a private experience for all our paying and registered guests and do not allow Visitors (unregistered guests) on the premises, in the rooms or in the swimming pool.*^
*All persons staying with us must be registered. There is a maximum of two (2) persons that can stay in each type of accommodation (Except the Kiskadee Suite which holds a maximum of four (4) persons). This means that a maximum of two (2) persons can be registered in each room and four (4) persons in the Kiskadee Suite.
^Any guest who is found to have any unregistered person(s) visiting, using or staying on the premises will be denied access to the property. No refund nor incidental sum will be issued/released if a guest is denied access due to a breach of the No Visitors policy.
We try to provide a private and secure experience for all our guests and have a Dual Gate system similar to neighbouring embassies, consulates and high commissions in the St. Clair area.
- Our Inside Gate remains closed throughout the day and has a Pedestrian Gate with keypad access.
- During the hours of 6:00 am to 11:00 pm our Outside Gate is open. After 11:00 pm, the Outside Gate is closed daily.
- If a guest needs to enter/exit the compound between 11:00 pm to 2:00 am, they can use the intercom posted at the Outside Gate or WhatsApp us.
- If a guest needs to exit the compound between 2:00 am to 6:00 am, they would need to let the Kiskadee Korner team know in advance and measures would be put in place.
- No one will be admitted into the compound between 2:00 am to 6:00 am. Any guests returning to the compound during this time, would need to come back when the Outside Gate is reopened at 6:00 am to enter.
- A fee of $200 USD will be applied for smoking in any of the apartments. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
- Absolutely no illegal drugs, no medicinal marijuana, no illegal arms, no ammunition and/or no contraband items allowed on premises.*
*Any guest who does not adhere to these rules will be denied access the property due to a breach of this policy. No refund or incidental sum will be issued/released if a guest is denied access due to a breach of this policy.
- A Guest has Free Cancellation once the Booking Reservation is cancelled before 5 days of the arrival date at Kiskadee Korner Vacations.
- An administrative fee of USD 30.00 is NON-REFUNDABLE once the Guest has a Confirmed Booking and would like to cancel.
- Cancellation made within five (5) days to three (3) days prior to the Arrival Date would result in 50% refund LESS the administrative fee (USD 30.00)
- There would be NO REFUND for a cancellation made within forty-eight hours prior to the Arrival Date.
- There would be NO REFUND if a Guest does NOT show up at Kiskadee Korner Vacations on the stated date.
- Once a stay has commenced, there would be NO REFUND.
- ALL Kiskadee Korner SPECIALS are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Frequently Asked Questions

We ask that you submit your Flight Itinerary to us so we will be aware if your flight is delayed and if you cannot reach out to us to inform of your delayed arrival.
We also recommend a reliable taxi service that has access to the hotel’s compound to efficiently get you to the Hotel’s location. Using our recommended taxi service will waive the late check-in surcharge of USD60.00.
We offer pre-ordered breakfast at the cost of USD 15.00 / TTD 100.00 per person per meal.*^
- Sit Down Breakfast at the Kiskatea Kafe requires a minimum order for 2 persons, OR
- Room Service can be ordered for 1 person, if preferred.
*Breakfast Order MUST be confirmed (paid) at the Front Desk by deadline 3:30 pm, the day before the breakfast is required.
